Petros Nikitakis

From a very young age, Petros Nikitakis was very keen to start his own business. Due to that passion, he is constantly obsessed with increasing his skills and knowledge about business. At the age of 27, after finishing his Master’s degree, he had the opportunity to start his journey in the business world, which he did. The hospitality sector was the first step of Petros’ entrepreneurial career. In that highly competitive environment with a tight profit margin, he promptly developed a unique set of skills regarding the identification of customer needs and innovative ways to fulfil them. Having internal and external teams reporting to him on a daily basis, Petros realized that the importance of having a team around you who have not only the knowledge but also the talent to execute is paramount.

Being one out of the millions of cyberspace victims in 2021. Petros realized that the consequences are more than financial. After an extended period of research about cybersecurity, he discovered the widespread impact of unreported cybercrime and the rate of geometric expansion. That was the motivation behind founding Lead Net Force, a cybersecurity company with one and only purpose to secure the online presence of small and medium-sized businesses by offering products and services to minimize the cyber threats in their corporate environment. Petros will employ the same skills he developed from his previous experience serving customers with excellence.

Pasi Maenpaa

Pasi Maenpaa is the CEO of Elisa Videra and Executive Vice President, New Business Development at Elisa Corporation. In his current role, he is leading Elisa Videra’s global expansion in the managed visual communications business. As a member of Elisa’s Executive Management Board, he participates in corporate strategy development, strategy execution follow-up and new business development initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Pasi worked as the General Manager at Cisco Systems in Finland and Baltics, Regional General Manager at Netigy Corporation in Northern and Central Europe, Vice President of Sales at Fujitsu TeamWare Group in Europe and USA, and held various Director positions at Oracle Corporation in Finland, Austria, Baltics, Switzerland, UK and Eastern Europe.

Pasi holds a Datanomi diploma examination in Information technology and business administration at Helia University of Applied Sciences and an MBA in International Business Management at the Henley-Brunel University of London.

Duties of trust include Member of the Board of Directors at Finnish Auto Motorsport Association, Founder and Advisory Board Member at iTree Group of Lithuania, Member of the Board of Directors at Rukapalvelu Tailored Adventures, Chairman and President of Elisa Videra subsidiaries globally (Singapore, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, USA, Finland, Norway and coming up India).

Pasi is a keen ice hockey player but also likes golf, downhill skiing and mountain biking. As a semiprofessional auto motorsport photographer, he attends especially on WRC rally events regularly. He lives in Finland and Spain but travels a lot for work.

Jyoti Lahiri

Jyoti Lahiri is a senior executive with over 30 years of financial and general management leadership experience in various industries, including a significant period in the tech sector. He has held senior management positions in multinational companies in multiple geographies across the world – both in private equity and public equity/ public listing environments.

Jyoti brings deep commercial and financial expertise and has lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, USA and India.

His last executive role, until 31.3.2022, was as Chief Financial Officer – Asia Pacific Region of Landis + Gyr Group. In his tenure of 14 years, he was part of the management team that grew and consolidated the organisation, eventually leading to a successful IPO in July 2017 on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Also, as a member of the executive group, he successfully steered the transition of Landis +Gyr’s business in the Asia Pacific region to smart meter infrastructure and solution offering. He also served as Director on the Board of the company’s subsidiaries in Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Prior to Landis +Gyr, Jyoti was Chief Financial Officer- Southeast Asia of Lucent Technologies (Bell Labs), based in Singapore.

Xerox Inc and Chloride Ltd are other known corporations he has worked for earlier in his career.
Jyoti is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Institute of Directors, India. He has also completed the Management program for senior executives from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.

He and his family consider Sydney home. He loves to travel and meet people with diverse background. He volunteers on the Advisory Board of Kushal India, a social enterprise providing pregnancy wellbeing services.

Bradley J. Schaufenbuel

Bradley J. Schaufenbuel is currently Paychex’s Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. Prior to his current role, he held security leadership positions at Paylocity, Midland States Bank, Midwest Bank, Zurich Financial Services, Experian, and Arthur Andersen LLP. Bradley is the author of multiple books (including two “For Dummies” titles) and has had numerous articles published in professional journals on a wide variety of topics related to information security and governance. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a United States Supreme Court Bar member.

Bradley holds twenty-five professional designations in the areas of information security management, IT compliance, information privacy, fraud examination, IT audit, computer forensics, ethical hacking, business continuity planning, project management, cloud security, and process improvement, including the C|CISO, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CSSLP, PMP, CRISC, CGEIT, ISSMP, ISSAP, CFE, C|EH, CBCP, CCSK, CDPSE, DFCP, CIFI, CSOXM, CSOE, ITIL v3 Foundation, and Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a JD and an LLM in information technology and privacy law from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s John Marshall Law School.

Bradley has served as a director on several corporate and non-profit boards, is a regular speaker at industry conferences, and has served numerous clients in the legal, financial services, and healthcare industries as a freelance consultant. He is an advisor to YL Ventures GP, Ltd., Glilot Capital, Eclipz, Inc., Great North Labs, CloudSimple, CloudVector, and ThirdPartyTrust. Cyber Defence Magazine recognised Bradley as the Chicago CISO of the Year in 2018 and as one of the Top 100 CISOs for 2020.

Joseph Steinberg

Joseph Steinberg serves as a cybersecurity expert witness and advisor to businesses and governments on cybersecurity-related matters. He has led organizations within the cybersecurity industry for over two decades, has been calculated to be one of the top 3 cybersecurity influencers worldwide, and has written books ranging from the best-selling Cybersecurity for Dummies to the official study guide from which many Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) study for their certification exams.

Steinberg is known for offering keen insights and unique perspectives on cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the potential impact of technological developments on human society. He amassed millions of readers as a regular columnist for Forbes and Inc. magazines; today, his independent column, Joseph Steinberg: Totally Candid, receives millions of monthly views, making it one of the most read columns in the fields of cybersecurity and AI.

Steinberg is one of only 28 people worldwide to hold the suite of advanced information security certifications, CISSP, ISSAP, ISSMP, and CSSLP, indicating that he possesses a rare, robust knowledge of information security that is both broad and deep; his cybersecurity-related inventions are cited in over 500 US patent filings. In addition to his primary work, Steinberg currently serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Global Foundation for Cyber Studies and Research think tank, as a member of Newsweek’s Expert Forum, and as an advisor to the WonderKey Collective non-profit that provides technology and related resources to underserved and underfunded communities across the United States.

Steinberg is an alumnus of New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.

William H. Sultemeier

William H. Sultemeier, J.D., M.B.A., is currently OGE Energy Corp.’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this executive role, he leads the company’s legal department and oversees the company’s corporate compliance and utility operations compliance groups. Prior to this role, William served as a partner in the Houston office of the Jones Day law firm and a shareholder (partner) at the Greenberg Traurig law firm in Houston.

Over the years, William’s legal career includes corporate transactional work, with extensive experience in M&A, post-merger integration, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across multiple sectors, especially the energy, oil and gas, technology and healthcare industries, involving a range of complex international transactions ($20 million to $15 billion). He has more than 26 years of large law firm, general counsel, and deal management experience. He continues to counsel on board compliance and governance, regulatory compliance and trends, deal structuring, and strategies to improve and advance business goals.

William has worked for extended periods of time in China, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand on M&A and securities transactions and has led legal and business teams in other transactions around the world. His international transactional experience includes the formation of joint ventures in the People’s Republic of China, Mexico, Europe, Japan, Malaysia, and Africa; global offerings of securities, acquisitions, and divestitures in Asia, Central and South America, and Europe; and the restructuring of international investments.

William is very active in his community serving on multiple non-profit boards and mentoring high schoolers on a volunteer basis for the past three years. He is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys focusing on health and strength but prefers to travel the globe with his family.

Robert Wright

Robert Wright currently acts as the principal accounting officer at Delek US Evergy Inc. and Delek Logistics. Mr Wright was previously the Vice President and Corporate Controller for these entities since 2020. Prior to joining Delek, he served as the senior director of finance, corporate governance and reporting for CVR Energy, Inc. and its subsidiary CVR Partners LP from September 2018 until he joined Delek in October 2020.

Robert also served as an external audit director for PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) in the United States, Australia and Canada for over 12 years, where he conducted the audit and consulting services for PwC. In that role, he serviced various sized clients, including ExxonMobil Corporation, Royal Dutch Shell, Marathon Petroleum Corporation and many smaller to mid-sized public and private companies. He has helped several companies complete acquisitions from the due diligence through execution phases and has also helped numerous companies go public through IPO in the US.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta, and he has qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Virginia in 2013 and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants distinction since December 2007. From June 2015 through September 2020, Robert was a Finance and Audit Committee Member for the Houston Food Bank. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for Middle Tennesse Research Institute since October 2021.
